We have trained care staff available 24/7 and clear emergency procedures in place. If a resident’s health changes or an emergency occurs, appropriate medical support is contacted immediately, and family members are informed without delay.

Yes. Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings, photographs, and familiar items to make their room feel comfortable and homely. We believe familiar surroundings help residents settle in and feel more at ease.
